What counts as a writing response?
Essays, long-text answers, and discussion posts or replies use Writing. Each reply counts separately. Multiple choice, dropdowns, blanks, numbers, and short text use Questions.
What happens when I run out?
Answering pauses. Open Account to change your plan or buy a pack, or wait for the next monthly reset.
When do allowances reset?
On the first day of each month in UTC, including yearly plans. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over; purchased packs remain available.
Can I manage my subscription?
Open your account and choose Manage subscription to review payments, change your plan, or cancel renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial periods or packs you’ve used. If you were charged by mistake, contact support and we’ll refund it. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law.
