Once installed, pin Classglide in Chrome’s extensions menu and open it on your assignment page.
Choose Sign in in the Classglide window. Sign in on the website and confirm the browser’s connection code.
Return to your page. Use the On / Off switch in Home to switch Classglide on for this tab.
Already have a connection code? Open Connect your browser. Check that the code matches the one shown in your extension.
Your website account and connected browser are separate sessions. Signing in on the website alone does not connect a new extension installation.
On your page
Your first answer
Open the question and switch the tab on in Classglide.
Choose Answer beside one question, or Answer all in the Home tab to work through the detected questions.
Wait for the result to appear in the page, then read it and make any changes you need.
The Home window shows Questions, Writing, and Filled. During a request, Stop cancels work in progress.
Use the circular Answer again control on a result to request another answer. A writing response stays editable in the page’s own editor.
For writing, Classglide reads accessible assignment instructions and linked material before writing. If the task asks about your experience, provide the personal details you want it to use. See Sources & requirements for preparation and missing-source help.
Automatic answering and automatic continuation are off by default. Review the result before submitting it, and follow your course’s rules for AI assistance.
Your allowance
Questions & writing
Multiple choice, dropdowns, blanks, numbers, and short text use the Questions allowance. Longer responses, essays, discussion posts, and replies use Writing. Each discussion reply counts as one writing response.
The floating window’s Account tab shows your remaining allowances and usage bars. Your account page also shows the next reset and available plans.
Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the month in UTC, including on yearly plans. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over. Purchased packs are used after the monthly allowance and do not expire.
If an allowance runs out, answering pauses. Available plans and packs appear on your account page; purchases may be unavailable before the Chrome release.
Find the prompt or visible classmate’s post you want to answer.
Choose its Answer button. On supported pages, Classglide opens the reply editor for you. Otherwise, open the intended editor first.
If a topic chooser appears, select an option there. The floating window minimizes while you choose and opens again after selection.
Review the response in the editor, check the references, and add your own perspective before posting.
With Answer automatically on, Classglide can choose a topic supported by the available sources. With it off, Answer and Answer all may ask you to choose a topic.
Keep Continue automatically off to post the response yourself. If classmates’ posts are hidden until you publish, Classglide can read them only after the website reveals them.
If no Answer button appears, check that the intended editor is loaded and editable. Save your work before refreshing. See Missing buttons or loading for more checks.
Before writing
Sources & requirements
Classglide finds the prompt and source links in your assignment automatically. When you press Answer or Answer all, or use Answer automatically, it reads accessible requirements, rubrics, and linked readings before writing. If required outside references are missing, it searches for readable sources and checks their relevance and required dates. Course readings, outside references, and citation rules stay separate.
Preparing means it is reading or finding material. Needs attention means a requirement is still missing. Use Try again, or reopen the page’s Answer panel to choose another topic.
A required recording needs a readable transcript. A blocked publisher, missing publication date, or inaccessible reading can prevent a response. Classglide may use an excerpt of a longer source; always review the original and the response’s citations.
Stop, switching the tab off, or navigating away cancels preparation. Request inspection and detailed source diagnostics are available only in Admin view.
Troubleshooting
Missing buttons or loading
Check that you are signed in, the tab is on, and Chrome allows Classglide to run on the site.
Open the actual question or reply editor and let it finish loading. In Settings, make sure Show answer buttons is on.
Check the Home window for an error or review message. If Answer automatically is on, switch it off first to avoid starting new answers. Then use the On / Off switch in Home to switch Classglide off and on for this tab and detect the page again.
If a request stays busy, choose Stop and try the affected question again. Check your allowance in Account.
If the extension has just updated, refresh the course tab. If the problem persists, open Chrome’s extension settings, turn Classglide off and on, then refresh the tab.
Save your work first. Copy any unsaved writing somewhere safe before refreshing, closing a composer, or restarting the extension.
Classglide can send question images, charts, equations, and visual answer choices to its AI provider. Wait for images to load before answering. If direct image access is blocked, keep the full image visible in the active tab; zoom out if needed. Protected frames, CSS background images, and scanned PDF pages may still need your attention.
Account access
Signing in
Open Sign in and use one of the methods offered there. For email sign-in, enter the address you use for your Classglide account and follow the instructions shown.
Check your spam folder if an email was sent but has not arrived. If a link has expired or was already used, request a new one.
If the website is signed in but the extension is not, choose Sign in inside the extension and complete the browser connection step.
Use the same account address to access your existing plan. You can review or disconnect linked browsers under Connected browsers on your account page.
Plans & payments
Plans & cancellation
Your account page shows your plan, usage, and subscription status. Available plan changes and packs appear there when purchasing is enabled.
If you have a Stripe billing account, choose Manage subscription to review payment details and the cancellation options available in the billing portal.
Complete the portal’s confirmation step, then check the status and end date shown on your account page. Closing a checkout or portal tab by itself does not confirm a change.
Disconnecting a browser or removing the extension does not cancel a subscription. Manage the subscription through your account.
Use the On / Off switch in Home to switch Classglide off for this tab. Open Settings → Site access & privacy to review where the extension may run.
Preparing an answer sends the question, answer choices, and relevant page or course context to the Classglide service and its AI provider. For discussion replies, that context can include the post you select. Read the privacy policy for the full details.
Answer automatically answers new questions as they appear. Continue automatically can press Next or Submit after filling. Both are off by default; keep continuation off when you want to review every response.
Overwrite existing answers controls replacing answers you have entered. Learn from graded quizzes saves marked answers locally for retakes. Both are off by default; use Clear learned answers to remove saved results for the site.
Hide something lets you hide page clutter and restore it from Settings. Automatically hide notices hides detected AI-use notices and is on by default. Open the collapsed notice list to review or restore an item, or turn the setting off to show them all.
Choose Appearance in the window header to switch between Light, Dark, and System. Your choice is saved for the extension, including its answer buttons and other open tabs. The control is also available on the minimized bar and in Settings.
Do not include private information in a question or response unless you intend it to be used in the request.
